Rx Refills

If a prescription medicine had been ordered by your Hillside veterinarian to treat your pet's acute episode or chronic illness or to prevent and control external and internal parasites, we offer two choices:

  1. You can call our office at 214-824-0397 and have your pet's medications refilled at our on-site pharmacy.
  2. Or you may order your pet's rx refills through your Pet Portal account. This online, 24/7 service is as easily available as sending an e-mail.

Through Pet Portals, you will be able to:

  • See correct, updated and specific information about your pet's veterinary account.
  • Receive e-mail reminders for Rx refills, pet health tips and more. Access information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Access your accounts from our website. This means you can access your account from anywhere you have an Internet connection!
